Vivek Prakash (PMP & MCP) is a project management advisor and coach. He has over 30 years of industry experience and runs a project management advisory firm “pmwares”. He is an active volunteer of PMI. He chaired the translation committees for translating PMBOK® Guide (An International Project Management Standard) 5th Edition (in 2013) and 6th Edition (in 2017) into Hindi. He is one of the driving forces behind The Project Managers Club of Pune (PMCP) in association with the College of Engineering Pune (COEP). Vivek, passionate about project management, advises organizations to develop project management processes, their implementation at work and set up project management systems. He helps organizations adopt project management practices and ensure they reap the benefits. He regularly conducts public and corporate training programs on Advance Project Management, Leadership Skills, Project Management Fundamentals, Microsoft Project, PMP Certification, and customized programs targeted to the specific needs & issues of an organization. He coaches and mentors project managers, senior managers and leadership teams to excel in management and employ best practices.
