Randy Priem

Randy Priem is a finance professor at UBI Business School (Middlesex University London), Antwerp Management School (AMS), and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, where he teaches financial markets, international financial management, entrepreneurial finance, and FinTech courses. He published in several international journals such as the Journal of Financial Regulation and Compliance, Accounting & Finance, Economic Notes, Journal of World Energy Law & Business, European Law Review, the Journal of Applied Corporate Finance, Securities Regulation Law Journal, and European Management Review. He presented his work at various international conferences in e.g. Chicago, Toronto, Atlanta, Brussels, Paris, London, Istanbul, Vallendar, Porto, Madrid, Mexico City, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Seoul, Washington DC, Nottingham, and Houston. Furthermore, he is an affiliate researcher of Université Saint-Louis Brussel.
