I am a management consultant, entrepreneur, and dedicated advocate for small and family-owned businesses. My career began in market research, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding customer behavior and market dynamics. I later transitioned into management consulting and project management, working closely with organizations to improve performance, drive growth, and deliver sustainable results. Over time, my professional journey evolved into something more personal. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs—my father was a small business owner, and now even my son runs his own business—I have seen firsthand both the challenges and the rewards of building and sustaining a family enterprise. Today, I am a small business owner myself and run a niche consulting firm focused on supporting SMMEs, particularly those that are family-owned and operated. My work is centered on helping these businesses not only survive, but thrive. I specialize in practical, real-world strategies that bridge the gap between theory and execution—covering everything from business structure and operations to growth planning and long-term sustainability. Through my courses, I aim to share actionable insights, proven frameworks, and lessons learned from both my consulting career and lived experience. My goal is simple: to help create more successful family businesses and empower entrepreneurs to build ventures that last across generations.
