I am a post-graduate from the Department of Statistics at Rajshahi University and have been working at <strong data-end="335" data-start="324">icddr,b</strong> since 2014. I currently serve as an <strong data-end="395" data-start="372">Assistant Scientist</strong>, where I lead multiple research studies in the fields of biostatistics, epidemiology, and public health. I am also pursuing my <strong data-end="570" data-start="523">PhD at Charles Sturt University (Australia)</strong> with a focus on advanced data analytics in population health.</p>

With <strong data-end="679" data-start="639">over 10 years of research experience</strong>, my work centers on biostatistical methods, maternal and child nutrition, infectious diseases, and large-scale public health data analysis. I have authored more than <strong data-end="879" data-start="846">40 peer-reviewed publications</strong>, including 13 as first author, and have extensive experience analyzing complex biological and epidemiologic datasets.</p>

My research interests include <strong data-end="1172" data-start="1029">advanced statistical modeling, generalized linear and mixed-effects models, machine learning, data mining, and feature selection techniques</strong> applied to real-world public health data. I aim to develop efficient, interpretable, and impactful analytical frameworks that support evidence-based decision-making in health programs and interventions.</p>

I am passionate about teaching data analysis using <strong data-end="1445" data-start="1428">R and RStudio</strong>, and I enjoy helping students, researchers, and health professionals build strong analytical skills for public health, epidemiology, and clinical research.</p>
