Why should we get interested into Project management?
In the 2022 Workplace Learning Trends Report made By Udemy Business ,Project Management is presented as a TACTICAL SKILL witch is emphasized by the research made By the PMI that estimated 25 project managers will be needed in 2030. As you might noticed it represents a huge opportunity to secure a job in the future .
Well , My name is Nadir CHOUAT and I am a Quality project manager. By creating this course I want to share my experience in Project Management with anyone interested to dive in this world because where I came from few resources are available to learn Project Management the right way which gave me the motivation to create this course to help everyone throughout the world .
The PMBoK 7 represents an evolution on how projects should be approached that's why it's relevant to all future Project managers to understand at least as a start the twelve (12) Project Management principals.
We will start our journey by getting you ready for this journey, first you will have a description of the content of the course , after that you will get to know me better , and finally few things you need to do in your environment to make the studying experience more efficient.
before entering into the project management world few things need to be understood first like the ethics of a project manager and how to create value throughout managing a project.
Project management is a challenging domain with many roles and responsibilities found throughout the project . As a future Project Manager ( I hope) you will have to understand the roles and responsibilities of the sponsor and the PMO in order to get your job done .
Now after understanding the previous point , we will get to the main course the twelve (12) Project Management Principles based on the PMBoK 7 approach, when we will discuss each point in more details.
Some of you will pas the exams soon (CAPM/PMP), others may work already in a project, so in order to help you in your journey the last section of this course contains tricks and tips based on my eight years of experience to help you optimize your chance of success .
