  • In this lesson, I’ll tell you about the three ways strategy gets developed. Insight is the most interesting, but perhaps the hardest to develop so I’ll give you a few ideas to stimulate some food for thought.

Section 3 : Mission, vision, and values.

  • No discussion of strategy is complete with developing a clear understanding of future state. But, these are more than just a bunch of meaningless words. Let me tell you what how mission, vision, and values should shape your organization.

  • In this lesson, I’m going to discuss the SWOT analysis and why its absolutely the lynchpin to the whole strategic planning process.

Section 5 : Strategy formulation.

  • In this lesson, I’m going to show you how you take that SWOT analysis from the previous lesson and use it to develop robust strategic alternatives.

Section 6 : Executing strategy.

  • In this lesson, we discuss how strategy should be executed and the controlling mechanism that should be put in place to measure the effectiveness of the strategy.
